An offence has been committed if the defendant has procured a woman who was a defective to have sexual intercourse with a man.

If the defendant does not know or have reason to believe that the woman is defective, this is a defence.

The offence can be committed by a man or woman.

The intercourse can be anal or vaginal and ejaculation is not required.

Consent is immaterial.

The maximum sentence for this offence is two years’ imprisonment.
